I’m Sandra Hodgson, a Commercial Finance Director with over 20 years’ experience helping SMEs, founders and leadership teams through growth and change.

I’ve worked across consultancy, retail, hospitality, property and technology, partnering closely with business owners to help them strengthen cashflow, improve margins and make confident commercial decisions. My role has always gone beyond the numbers, acting as a trusted finance partner who brings clarity, perspective and calm leadership when it matters most

About Taylor

I’m Taylor Hodgson, co-founder of Rise & Thrive Financials, currently in full-time education studying A Levels in Business, PE and Chemistry. Through my Business studies, I recognised the value of gaining real-world experience by being involved in setting up and growing a business, helping me to understand the responsibilities that come with entrepreneurship. I’m developing a strong understanding of business structures and how business owners can operate in a tax-efficient way. Alongside business, my true passion is golf, with ambitions to turn professional. Im preparing for Q School in December as well as working towards securing a sports scholarship with an American university. Everything I learn through Rise & Thrive Financials and on the golf course is helping me build the skills, discipline and mindset for a successful future career.
